By accessing or using the UGC App Market, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your account password secure.
UGC App Market is a marketplace connecting Founders and Creators. We are not a party to the contracts between users and are not responsible for the performance of those contracts.
Founders and Creators agree to handle content ownership and usage rights as specified in individual campaign agreements. By default, unless specified otherwise, Founders receive a 12-month non-exclusive commercial license for standard digital marketing.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or our community guidelines.
